4.Identity Verification (KYC)

ak778 may delay or refuse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms. In such cases ak778 will notify the affected player and may request additional supporting documentation before releasing funds.

7.Bonuses and Promotions

ak778 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer. By claiming any bonus you agree to the bonus -specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is clearly stated on each bonus offer page.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or submission of false, misleading, or unverifiable documentation.
